I have decades of experience in nurturing, directing, concepting meaningful ideas and processes, collaborating and producing world-class, performance-driven marketing.

I’ve spent a career nurturing creative people who grew into larger roles, first at Campbell Ewald and then at MRM. I’m a humble person who has spent decades listening and teaching while uplifting the team for the task at hand. I consider each member of the creative team my partner, not my subordinate.
